I work throughout the country and have had the opportunity to try Fish & Chips in a lot of different Towns and Citys and I would happily rate this probably the Best Fish and Chips in the UK. Fish Beautifully cooked in Crunchy tasty batter with moist and juicy fish inside and chunky chips perfectly fried throughout. The portion is large too. We share 1 portion between me, my wife and my daughter. 1 portion perfect for us 3. This place was closed for a family bereavement but I'm glad its reopened again. May Allah SWT grant the owner a long and healthy life so he can continue to serve the best Fish & Chips to us all. Aameen.

Yes yes and yes, the original and best opened again. Missed this place and I'm so glad they've opened up again. Can understand why he stayed shut but he's back and with the same food and standards. The fish n chips can't be beaten from here. I've been a customer since the 90s and they've always been on top of their game. Welcome back

The king of fish & chips in Blackburn is back! Everything is phenomenal. Fish made fresh, crispy on the outside but soft & meaty on the inside. Proper chippy chips, so glad AJK are back! Only complaint is that the mushy peas are very watery almost as if they weren't mixed properly but the gravy & curry sauce are on point. Very well priced, huge portions.

Glad to have these guys back. Amazing Fish and Chips, only disappointment was finding bones in the fish, hopefully it was a one-off. Still the best in Blackburn.
